Pharmacist Consultation: Our licensed pharmacists are available to provide medication counseling and answer questions about your prescriptions. However, we do not provide medical advice or diagnose medical conditions.
Medication Substitution: We may substitute generic medications for brand-name prescriptions unless your healthcare provider specifically indicates "dispense as written" or you request the brand-name version.

Acceptance of Delivery: By accepting delivery, you acknowledge receipt of the medication in good condition. Inspect packages immediately upon receipt.
Failed Delivery: If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, additional delivery attempts may incur fees.
You agree not to:
Use our services for any unlawful purpose
Submit fraudulent prescriptions or insurance information
Resell or distribute medications obtained from us
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or databases
Use our services to obtain prescriptions for another person without authorization
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HEALTH ACCESS RX SERVICES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.
Our liability for direct damages shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by third-party carriers, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Informal Resolution: If you have a dispute with us, please contact us first to attempt to resolve it informally.
Arbitration: Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent.
