Health Access RX Services is committed to your satisfaction. This Refund Policy explains our procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges of prescription medications and pharmacy services. Please note that prescription medications are subject to special regulations regarding returns and refunds.
Due to federal and state pharmacy laws, we cannot accept returns of dispensed prescription medications once they have left our pharmacy. This policy protects the integrity and safety of the pharmaceutical supply chain and ensures all patients receive safe, uncontaminated medications.
If we dispense the wrong medication, wrong strength, or wrong quantity, we will:

If you cancel your prescription before it ships:
If you were charged incorrectly or billed the wrong amount, we'll refund the difference immediately. Please contact us within 30 days of the charge.
Once a prescription is dispensed and shipped, we cannot accept returns simply because you changed your mind or no longer need the medication.
If your doctor changes your prescription after we've filled and shipped it, we cannot refund the original prescription.
We cannot refund prescriptions due to side effects or allergic reactions. Please consult your healthcare provider immediately if you experience adverse effects.
Federal law prohibits the return or exchange of dispensed controlled substances (Schedule II-V medications) under any circumstances.
Medications that have been stored improperly (incorrect temperature, humidity, or light exposure) cannot be returned.

Explain the issue with your order. Photos may be required for damaged or defective medications.
If eligible, we'll provide a return authorization number and prepaid shipping label (if return is required).
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of approval. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
